The Herzog Medical Centre’s new psychiatric building given the green light to proceed.

In any accommodations, and specifically psychiatric facilities, one’s bedroom is a place of comfort; a place to enhance mind health. Programmed as double bedrooms, Farrow’s design creates a sawtooth exterior wall with a desk and two generous bay windows, creating a sense of one’s own place, in a double accommodation.

The psychiatric facility is one of many buildings of the Farrow designed new Herzog Medical Centre campus, which includes new parks, gardens, paths, restaurants, daycare, mix of health facilities including 500 new beds, hotel and assisted living housing, edging and cascading into, the Jerusalem forest valley.  This is Farrow’s third major campus design in Israel and adds to the firm’s expanding health and knowledge design portfolio in the region, in Europe, and Canada.
