In many ways architecture is like food, it can nourish us or leave us full of empty calories. 

In the works, Farrow is involved with a project to look at how urban food production, using mixed-use architecture models, can cause health; creating economic, social, environmental, and human health – mind and body wellbeing. 

The Netherlands is the number two food exporter in the world, behind the United States, however, remarkably its country is only 250km by 300km in size. Lessons to be learned.
