  • TMS Middle School Design Employing Fractal Patterns

    Some rhythms, patterns, shapes, light and shadows offer midrange dimensional ‘visual sweet spots’ to which we resonate. Certain ranges of fractal dimension, or density, are more pleasing to our eyes. Our eyes employ fractal search patterns, first scanning larger elements like tree trunks then shifting to finer elements like branches.
