Farrow Designing the Middle East’s Largest Timber Structure
There is a growing body of research that quantifies how wood is good for our health and well-being when incorporated into our built environment; specifically healing environments such as cancer centres.
Now under construction, Farrow’s new cancer in Jerusalem Israel has been affectionately named the ‘butterfly’. The centres exterior will the region’s largest wood building ever constructed.
Farrow Partners is working in association with RO Architects and Aspect Engineering on finalizing the wood detailing for fabrication.
